Payment accounts are used for keeping record of incoming/outgoing payments and the account balances.
Payment accounts include regular business accounts (in euro or foreign currency), accounts of organization units of the corporate client and specific-purpose accounts.
In order to open an account, the client has to submit the following documentation:
- The Resolution on being entered into the Court Register or the Register with a responsible body
- The notification of the responsible Statistic Bureau on classifying the legal entity by its field of activity
- PIB number – the ID number of the tax payer, (DPR – the Directorate for Public Revenues)
- The card with the deposited signatures of the persons authorized to sign payment orders (three copies)
- Form OP (signature of the authorized person that has been verified at responsible Court)
